My Personal Statement:

I'm committed to your success.  Why?  Because if I can do it, so can you.  I'm happy to share all the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years.  Why?  Because people helped me, and I want to honor their kindness.

While I can't guarantee any outcome, I know that if you are curious, persistent, consistent, strong-willed and have a thirst for learning and innovation, you'll see your dreams become reality. And, I'll be here to help you. Let's get started.

Try. Fail. Learn. Grow! Dina

Here's are a more conventional takeabout my career, if you're interested.

A dynamic business pioneer, Dina owned three successful dispute resolution companies during her 17 years as an ADR entrepreneur. Her latest startup, ADRPracticeBuilder.com, launched in May, 2006, at the encouragement of many colleagues and newcomers to the field who believed she had a talent for mixing business and hope.

A full time conflict resolver for the more than a decade, Dina sharpened her keen interest in business, by attending the Executive Development Program at the Tuck School of Business, Darmouth. Later, because of her business and civic activities, she was recognized by the Boston Business Journal as one of city's best business leaders under the age of forty.

Dina's career has spanned many roles, as a mediator, trainer, facilitator and Ombuds, and allowed her to work with such leading organizations as Coca Cola Enterprises, Genentech, Lexmark, The Fletcher School of Diplomacy and the Rockefeller Foundation.

A captivating speaker, Dina has lectured at Harvard Law School, Harvard Program on Negotiation, the University of Massachusetts and Brandeis University, as well as presented corporate programs for companies like Corning. Currently, the Ombudsman for Berklee College of Music, Dina was a senior vice president and Corporate Ombudsman for the former Fleet Bank.

Her work to improve communication in the workplace has been recognized as innovative and featured in Inc Magazine, Costco Connection, Entrepreneur Magazine as well as in international publications.
